The spacious living area is perfect for lounging and socializing, while the upstairs bedroom features a luxurious bathtub for a relaxing soak. The other bedroom is conveniently located downstairs.

+ Neighborhood

Umalas is an upcoming tourism spot in Bali, loved by many expats. Not that crowded as Canggu or Seminyak, but easy to reach with some hip restaurants in Jalan Bumbak. Batu Belig Beach is 2.3 km from the accommodation, while Berawa Beach is 2.3 km away. The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport, 14.5 km from the villa.

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Checkout: 11:00 AM
  • Strictly no events or gatherings allowed.
  • Noise will not be tolerated.
  • No smoking inside
  • No pets allowed
  • There is construction next door on the doorstep from 8 AM - 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay.Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying.

PHOTOSHOOTS @EL BARRIO

4 Hours: 5.000.000 IDR

08:00 - 12:00 or 14:00 - 18:00

8 Hours: 8.000.000 IDR

We kindly request that photoshoots take place without causing any inconvenience to our in-house guests. The permitted crew size, comprising models and photographers, shall not exceed a total of five individuals.

To facilitate the photoshoot, we will reserve the 2-bedroom villa exclusively for your use. This space can be utilized both for capturing images and for changing outfits.

You are allowed to shoot in the pool area, on the condition that it does not disrupt the comfort of other guests.

You are allowed to shoot in the restaurant area if there are not guests, which cannot be guaranteed.

+ Policies

The photoshoot can be rescheduled a maximum of 7 days prior to the start. If it is raining during the photoshoot, we will offer free use of the villa before a check-in, or if it’s available last minute. House of Reservations will also assist to see if other suitable properties would be available for this.

A half day shoot should end before 12:00 Noon or start after 14:00.

Full payment within 24 hours is required to confirm the photoshoot. If the payment has not been received the time slot will be released again.
