MAE Villas Canggu offers a modern and chic retreat in the heart of Canggu. This two-story villa boasts a comfortable bedroom and en suite bathrooms on the top floor, providing a private and luxurious experience. The boho-inspired decor adds a touch of artistic charm to the space.

The living area is a stylish haven to relax and connect with loved ones. Step outside to discover the inviting swimming pool, offering refreshment and relaxation on the sundeck. The outdoor shower adds to the tropical experience.

The villa and pool will be reserved for you. There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay. We have a team of housekeeping, gardener, and pool boy to ensure that the villa is in pristine condition.

As the new tourist spot, Canggu is known for dozens of iconic restaurants, cafes, and beach clubs, as well as its stunning ricefields and black-sand beaches.

Canggu is situated between upscale Seminyak and the world-famous well-known landmark temple, Tanah Lot. The area is still part of North Kuta and is a one-stop lifestyle zone where you can stay, eat, shop and play.

The neighborhood is filled up with a combination of ambiance, from hipster and surfer vibes to spa & yoga retreats. Creating daily routines from walking in the rice fields to witnessing the stunning sunsets, Canggu surely brings you to discover the most enchanting Bali experience.

• Strictly no events or gatherings allowed.
• Noise will not be tolerated.
• No smoking inside
• No pets allowed
• Construction is happening in the neighborhood from 8 AM - 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay.Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying
