+ The Space
Step upon the villa, and you will notice a gorgeous swimming pool complete with a net and sunbeds where you can take the Bali sun after a cool dip. The pool lounge links to the open living plan consisting of a living room and a modern kitchen.
The living room is furnished with cozy sofas, and the kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen utilities with a dining table suitable for up to four people. The living room has the option to be closed off and comes with air conditioning.
The two-bedroom suites are located in each wing of the villa. Each bedroom is designed with a soft and light white tone color and is furnished with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom.
The villa is accessible only by motorcycle. Please be advised that there is construction in front of the villa, and we apologize for the inconvenience, as you may hear the construction noise.
+ Guest Access
The villa and pool will be solely reserved for you. The manager, maids, gardener, and pool boy are there to keep the villa in pristine condition.
It is not allowed to enter the villa with more guests than booked for. The maximum number of guests for the villa is 4 people.
Please be aware that the villa is ONLY ACCESSIBLE by motorbike, you need to walk 50 meters from drop off area if you come by car. We strongly advise using a drop-off service to get here or using a motorbike as we have provided a bike park at the villa entrance.
There is construction going on in the neighborhood from 8 AM - 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay. We are offering reduced rates due to the daytime noise.
+ Neighborhood
Umalas is an upcoming tourism spot in Bali, loved by many expats. Not that crowded as Canggu or Seminyak, but easy to reach with some hip restaurants in Jalan Bumbak. Batu Belig Beach is 2.3 km from the accommodation, while Berawa Beach is 2.3 km away. The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport, 14.5 km from the villa.
