VILLA KIKAA
Villa Kikaa opened in April 2022 and is a stylish villa with Balinese touches in the heart of Bingin. The concept of the semi-open living room looks out over the private pool and tropical garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table, the perfect spot for a lavish dinner to enjoy quality time with friends and family.
Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, air conditioning, and have ensuite bathrooms.
The third bedroom makes it the perfect place to stay with kids; two single beds and a TV. The room also has a desk so you can retreat and get some work done.

+ The Space
Stepping through the main door, you will enter the tropical garden with a private pool, sunbeds, and umbrella. It is the perfect spot to relax on a sunny day. You will see Balinese wood carvings, statues, and decorations throughout the house.
The semi-open living room has a large sofa + lounge chair, a dining table that fits eight people, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The single-story villa has three bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests.
Two bedrooms have large king-sized beds, air-conditioning, and large wardrobes. One bedroom has a private pool, while the other shares the bathroom with the 3rd bedroom.
The third bedroom has two single beds, flatscreen TV and a desk. It makes it the perfect place to stay as a family.
+ Guest Access
The villa and pool will be solely reserved for you. The manager, maids, gardener, and pool boy are there to keep the villa in pristine condition.
It is not allowed to enter the villa with more guests than booked for. The maximum number of guests for the villa is 4 people.
+ Neighborhood
Villa Kikaa is located in the heart of Bingin, with gyms, yoga, restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches within walking distance. Casa Asia and Cashew Tree can be reached within 5 minutes, and there is a mini-mart located opposite the villa.
+ House rules
- Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Checkout: 12:00 PM
- Strictly no events or gatherings allowed.The local police (pecalang) do not allow any disturbance in this neighborhood and will step in if needed. Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors as it is a residential neighborhood.
- Noise will not be tolerated.
- No smoking inside
- No pets allowed
- There is construction next door on the doorstep from 8 AM - 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay.Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying.
