+ The Space
The first floor houses a modern, industrial open, plan living, cooking, and dining space.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, American-style double fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooking hob, air fryer, and coffee machine.
The villa has 3 main dining areas; the oversized kitchen island comfortably sits 4 for casual bites, the large dining table, and the outside dining area also has seating for 4 (with fantastic sunset views)
At the far end of the space, you’ll find the large sunken lounge with an oversized super-comfy sofa, 65” Smart TV, and an under-stairs reading nook for relaxing at the end of a long day of exploring.
The whole area can be completely opened up via the loft-style glass doors creating an amazing indoor/outdoor living experience, it can also be fully closed off to keep the temperatures down and the bugs outside - all without losing that spectacular view.
The outside area has a large cabana day bed, sun loungers, a comfy morning coffee spot with armchairs, a bamboo hanging chair, a large bbq grill, an infinity pool, and an outdoor shower.
Upstairs you’ll find 2 glass fronted double bedrooms facing the ocean, both en-suite with rain showers, king-sized beds, fitted wardrobes, and dressing areas + in the master bathroom, you’ll find a copper bathtub overlooking the whole of Uluwatu.
Outside the bedrooms is a full-width 12m x 2m balcony with the best view in the house! Enough room for your morning yoga flows or enjoy the comfy seating areas at both ends that are perfect for slow coffee mornings or sunset beers – but the views don’t stop at sunset. As darkness descends, you’ll see the twinkling lights of the south coast from Kuta to Canggu and beyond.
The basement is where you’ll find Studio Makai. Studio Makai is our fully air-conditioned fitness and a relaxation area equipped with: a commercial-grade spin bike and running machine, large matted & mirrored yoga and stretching area, a full Olympic weightlifting rack, barbell, dumbbells, and cable set for strength work + commercial pool/billiards table and dart board.

The villa and pool will be reserved for you. There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay. We have a team existing of housekeeping, gardener, and pool boy to make sure that the villa is in pristine condition.

Padang Padang is famous for its beaches, restaurants and bars. Do not forget to visit Uluwatu Temple as well.
