Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Has more than 1 year of experience in a similar position

  • Familiar with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)

  • Strong work ethic

  • Able to work effectively in a team or independently

  • Positive attitude and adept at handling complaints

  • Highly proactive and detail-oriented

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
