House of Reservations will appoint an in-house villa manager in order to supervise the condition villa, welcome the guests and be available during their stay:

  • Maintenance and cleaning. Make sure that the villa is in a pristine condition

  • Be in direct touch with the guests, prior to and during their stay. We will assist the guest with any inquiries and handle complaints.

  • Hiring and training staff

  • Handling payments and transparent administration
