+ The Space
The villa consists of two levels. The first floor included a beautiful swimming pool in the front facade, an open living room, a kitchen with full cooking amenities, and a six-person dining table. The ground floor also includes a one-bedroom suite with a double-size bed, a large closet, and a private bathroom.
The second level has two bedroom suites, one of which is the master bedroom placed in the front facade and is furnished with a double bed, a wooden wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a bathtub in which you may immerse yourself in warm water. The other suite is a twin room with a walk-in closet and a private shower.
Please keep in mind that the villa is located on a narrow street, 75m from the main road and is not accessible by car; therefore, you may need to use your scooter or walk through the street to get into this charming villa.
+ Guest Access
The villa and pool will be reserved for you. There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay. We have a team existing of housekeeping, gardener, and pool boy to make sure that the villa is in pristine condition.

Centrally located in Seminyak, with bars, shops, restaurants and the beach on walking distance.

- Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Checkout: 11:00 AM
- Strictly no events or gatherings allowed.
- Noise will not be tolerated.
- No smoking inside
- No pets allowed
- There is construction next door on the doorstep from 8 AM - 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay. Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying.
