This villa is suitable for couples, friends, and digital nomads or co-working expats.
Location: • Less than 10 minutes to reach several beaches in Sanur, including Sanur Beach, Mertasri Beach, Sindu Beach, and more. A 30-minute drive to Nusa Dua Beach.
• There is a new mall in Sanur for shopping called: ICON BALI.
• There are numerous kids clubs and co-working cafes.

Our villa amenities:

• Warm and cozy ambiance upon entering Villa Lilly.
• Spacious living room with comfortable furnishings and a large TV for movie nights.
• Master room with a luxurious bathtub.
• Second bedroom with a separate shower area.
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials.
• Outdoor dining in the garden with a bench and table, plus BBQ facilities for cookouts.

+ Guest Access

• The villa will be reserved for you.
• There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay.
• We have a team of housekeeping, a gardener to ensure that the villa is in pristine condition.
• Breakfast is included with no charge to the guest (included in the nightly rate). Simple Continental Breakfast’ – Sit down within the villa or takeaway available.
  Terms and Conditions: Subject to availability and maximum 4 x times per week for long- stay guests (based on staf availability, religious ceremonies and operational needs)

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully for your stay:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Checkout: 11:00 AM

1. No parties or events.

2. No smoking in the villa.

3. No pets or animals allowed.

4. Please supervise any children.

5. No unregistered guests allowed.

6. Please put all food scraps in the bin.

7. Please respect the noise curfew at 10pm.

8. Please turn o5 all the AC's when you go out.

9. Please respect all check-in and check-out times.

10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $20.

11. Please take care of the furnishings and be respectful of all the items in the villa. *You will be expected to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit taken.

12. Please do not rearrange or move any large furniture.

13. Please do all the dishes and keep the kitchenette tidy.

14. Please put the trash out or place it in the bins provided.

15. No illegal substances are allowed on or within the premises.
